Job summary

B&M Retail in Colchester is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our St. Johns Walk store. You’ll support the Store Manager, manage day-to-day shop floor operations and step in when needed to keep the store running at its best.

You’ll lead and coach a team across shifts, drive sales and standards, and develop people to reach performance goals. Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential to keep the operation moving.
