Position Summary

The Singer Vehicle Design's Client Experience Team is responsible for ensuring that customers receive a best-in-class client journey from first engagement through to delivery. The Design & Specifications Manager acts as a client consultant, ensuring the delivery of stunning and unique restorations that meet client expectations, embodying the philosophy, “Everything is Important.”

Essential Functions

1. Manage and inspire Singer clientele throughout their design and specification journey.
2. Engage with clients as necessary, sharing updates and decision deadlines; document interactions internally and promptly.
3. Provide high-quality education and training to clients and contacts on topics such as brand history/values, customer experience, technology, performance, and benefits.
4. Support the development of communication processes, including Client Portal, gifting, 3C strategy, and Special Wishes.
5. Develop and manage structures, templates, and processes for design and specification interactions to measure KPIs for client inspiration programs.
6. Support strategic decision-making based on customer insights.
7. Collaborate across teams to achieve company-wide goals, elevating the Singer brand and ensuring excellent contact points.
8. Report to the department head on objectives, activities, reviews, budgets, and expenses, maintaining 100% data accuracy.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, design, or relevant field.
• At least 5 years in the luxury automotive industry or equivalent.
• 5+ years in design and creative roles.
• 3-5 years in client management or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in a rapidly growing business environment.

Preferred Education/Experience and Certifications

• Knowledge of Singer Vehicle Design's history, heritage, and services.

Skills, Abilities, and Attributes

• Team-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital design tools.
• Professional appearance with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
