Specification Manager (Lighting / Electrical) £50,000 - £60,000 (OTE 80K) + Uncapped Commission + Remote Working + £7800 Car Allowance + Company Benefits

Location: Manchester, Northwest

Are you a Specification Manager or similar with a background in Lighting / M&E looking for an autonomous and technically challenging role within a market-leading manufacturer renowned for their luxury lighting products?

Do you want to work remotely, covering a Northwest patch, with the opportunity to increase your earnings through uncapped commission?

This market-leading manufacturer works with a broad and growing client base across the UK, primarily within the construction industry, and has international reach. Their award-winning products are well known, and they are looking to expand their UK Specification team to support ongoing growth.

This autonomous role involves developing new business (60%) and account management (40%), providing lighting products to M&E consultancies, contractors, and end customers. You will manage your own diary, working from home and traveling to meet clients across Liverpool, Manchester, and surrounding areas.

This role is suitable for a Specification Manager or similar from a Lighting / M&E background seeking a technical sales role selling innovative products to a diverse client base within a leading UK company offering uncapped commission to boost earnings.

The Role:

1. Split evenly between Business Development and Account Management
2. Identify new business opportunities through discussions with existing contacts, referrals, market awareness, networking, and project work
3. Visit clients across the Northwest, targeting M&E Contractors, Consultancies, and Architects to demonstrate new products and secure contracts
4. Maintain full ownership of clients throughout the process

The Person:

• Specification Manager or similar role
• Background in Lighting / M&E
• Able to commute to London and cover a patch around the M25
