Project Specification Manager

What You Will Do:

1. Drive specification opportunities in the construction market, focusing on growth through market share gain and market expansion.
2. Become a technical expert in SFS & Drylining products and systems, offering support and developing business in key market sectors.
3. Generate profitable sales growth, exceeding budget targets through development of customer relationships and new opportunities.
4. Provide technical support to achieve sales revenue plan, promoting knowledge sharing within the team and the wider company.
5. Manage contract negotiations from enquiry to final order, preparing competitive quotations to ensure appropriate margins.
6. Support product development within the market sector and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives.

What You Will Bring:

1. Degree level qualification in a relevant field or significant specific experience.
2. Technical understanding of SFS and drylining systems, with analytical skills and technical problem-solving abilities.
3. Demonstrated experience in managing a multimillion-pound region with a strong track record of revenue growth.
4. Commercial acumen with an understanding of company finances and strategic decision-making.

Location:
