Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or managing design in a main contractor.
• Knowledge of traditional and Design & Build procurement routes.
• Working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design process from tender through to completion.
• Manage full design and Contractor Designed Packages.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and CDM 2015.
