Job summary

University Hospitals Of Leicester NHS Trust invites applications for a full-time Pathway Co-ordinator in Dermatology at our St Peter's Health Centre site in Leicester. You will oversee the flow of patients through the outpatients department and handle preparation of medical notes, and booking/cancelling appointments.

You will work closely with Dermatology consultants and nurse specialists, requiring excellent communication, accuracy, and deadlines-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Register new patient referrals.
• Pass referrals to relevant consultants for grading.
• Ensure patients are placed on appropriate waiting lists and letters are sent per Trust policy.
• Liaise with consultants for urgent appointments.
• Notify relevant departments about overseas visitors or private patients.
