Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Deputy Team Lead for Asset Experience Services in London. You will lead technical specialists while delivering hands-on support to Asset Experience Managers across Royal London assets.

You will deputise for the Team Leader, provide coaching, ensure data accuracy, and drive service excellence in lease administration and financial support across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management, lease administration, service charge management, and financial support functions.
• Expert knowledge of RICS Professional Standards for Commercial Service Charges and lease interpretation.
• Strong understanding of commercial property documentation, terminology, and legal frameworks.
• Experience with property management software platforms (Yardi, Prism) and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, mentoring, or coaching of surveying professionals.
• Ability to interpret complex lease covenants, service charge provisions, and occupier applications.
• Knowledge of property transactions, due diligence processes, and transitions management.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities with emphasis on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deputise for the Team Leader, coaching technical specialists and managing performance.
• Act as technical lead for complex lease interpretation, service charge challenges, and data accuracy.
• Share knowledge and promote best-practice consistency across the team.
• Monitor quality of outputs, financial tracking, and service charge calculations.
• Coordinate resource allocation and workload distribution to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform other duties as outlined in RL JD Asset Experience Central Service document.
