Job summary

JLL is seeking a Deputy Team Lead for Asset Experience Services within the Royal London Property Delivery operation. The role combines leadership of the technical specialism with hands-on delivery to Asset Experience Managers across Royal London assets, ensuring both strategic oversight and practical data management, lease administration, and service charge operations.

You will support the Team Leader, deputise during absences, and act as the technical expert to maintain occupier service quality

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, lease administration, and service charge management.
• Expert knowledge of RICS Professional Standards for Commercial Service Charges and lease interpretation.
• Proven ability to lead surveying professionals and mentor teams.
• Strong data analysis, filing, and document management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical specialists and coach performance with development plans.
• Act as deputy to Team Leader and cover absences.
• Provide escalation point for lease interpretation and service charge issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, financial tracking, and timely delivery across assets.
• Coordinate workload and resource allocation across the technical team.
