Starbucks EMEA is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to co-lead a high-performing store, drive commercial performance, and develop partners. You’ll translate data into actions while managing people and operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead with the store leadership team, own defined business areas, and step in for the store manager when needed, ensuring excellent customer experience and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to translate metrics into actions while managing people and operations.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead store with leadership team to hit financial targets and customer satisfaction.
• Own business areas such as compliance, labour management or local marketing.
• Lead the store leadership team with clear roles and accountability.
• Forecast staffing needs and participate in recruitment.
• Oversee partner training and development for success.
• Act as store manager when required with full accountability.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and implement action plans.
• Drive cost control and profitability through planning and waste management.
• Ensure brand and operational standards are consistently delivered.
