Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to co‑lead our store and deliver outstanding commercial, operational and people results. You’ll partner with the Store Manager, manage training, recruitment, and ensure standards while you step in during absences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail or hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Co‑lead the store to achieve financial targets, customer satisfaction scores and operational excellence
• Own business areas such as compliance, labour management or local marketing
• Lead the store leadership team with clear roles and accountability for results
• Forecast staffing needs and participate in recruitment and selection
• Own partner training and ensure training completion for success
• Act as store manager in their absence with full accountability
• Monitor KPIs, analyse trends and implement action plans
• Drive cost control and profitability through resource planning and waste management
• Ensure consistent delivery of brand and operational standards
• Maintain health and safety and food safety compliance through due diligence checks
