Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to drive sales, store standards and team performance across the Tonbridge area. This hands-on leadership role will involve supporting the Store Manager and leading the store on their absence while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

The role requires a proactive leader who can travel between stores in the Tonbridge area, manage a high-turnover environment, and coach a team to achieve KPI targets and strong service standards.

• Willingness to travel across stores in the Tonbridge area.

Initially this will be a designate role to cover Tonbridge and could cover several of our stores across the area. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential for this role.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll support the Store Manager, take ownership across the shop floor, and step up to lead the store in their absence. As a leader of your store, flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential.
