Join B&M as a Deputy Store Manager in Canterbury, taking a hands-on leadership role to support the Store Manager and run the store in their absence. You’ll own the shop floor, drive sales, and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and standards.

Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential as you help keep the store running at its best and contribute to a long-term retail career with clear progression to Store Manager and beyond.
