Job summary

B&M Retail in Darlington is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, lead the floor operations and step in during absence. You will drive sales, coach the team and uphold high standards of customer service.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can work across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with clear opportunities for progression.
