Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support leadership across the Stockton area. The role will involve covering stores as designated, with travel across the area essential. You will be hands-on on the shop floor, lead in the Store Manager’s absence, and drive performance while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Initially this will be a designate role to cover Stockton Area and could cover several of our stores across the area. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential for this role. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the Store Manager, take ownership across the shop floor, and step up to lead the store in their absence. As a leader of your store, flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential.
