Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the Stockton area, with flexibility to travel across stores within the region. This hands-on leadership role supports the Store Manager, taking ownership of the shop floor and stepping in when needed to run the store.

Initially this will be a designate role to cover Stockton Area and could cover several of our stores across the area. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential for this role.
