Job summary

B&M Retail in Pallion is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to help lead a high-performing store and sustain first-class standards. You’ll support the Store Manager, own shop-floor leadership, and step in during absences to keep the store running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on leadership, flexibility across days/evenings/weekends/bank holidays, and a focus on coaching the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
