Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Sunderland is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for the Pallionstore to help drive sales, performance and store standards. The role is hands-on, requiring you to support the Store Manager, manage shop-floor activities and lead in their absence, with flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

You will lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver their best, maintain high standards and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
