Job summary

B&M as a Deputy Store Manager in Lakeside Retail Park, Thurrock, offers a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the Store Manager, own the shop floor and lead the team to keep the store running at its best.

You’ll drive sales, deliver high standards and coach colleagues to reach targets, with flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. This is a fast-paced retail leadership role with clear career progression.
