Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Nottingham Main Street store. This hands-on leadership role supports the Store Manager, owns shop floor execution and steps in when needed to keep the store running at its best.

You’ll lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, coach colleagues and drive KPIs. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential to success in this fast-paced retail environment.
