Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Hamilton is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, run the shop floor and step in during absences. You will lead by example, drive sales and store standards across busy hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.

This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive, customer-focused leader with experience in fast-paced retail. You will coach and develop your team, monitor KPIs, and help create a welcoming, high-performing store environment that delivers
