Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Bristol Imperial Retail Park is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, drive sales and uphold store standards, with a hands-on leadership approach.

You’ll lead a team across shifts, coach colleagues, and step in during the Store Manager’s absence, with flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
