Deputy Service Manager - Band 5 - Permanent

(Monday-Friday, Flexible hours between 0800-17:00 with the option to WFH 1-2 days per week)

An opportunity has arisen in the Respiratory department for a full-time Deputy Service Manager to join our team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a confident, well-motivated, and proactive individual to support the delivery of key projects both strategically and operationally.

Team and Department

The administration team provides a high-quality administrative service to both patients and clinical teams. Our management team is supportive, innovative, and proactive in ensuring we deliver high-quality services.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Specialty General Manager, Associate Specialty Manager, and Service Managers in managing services and achieving optimal patient care at City Campus.
  • Manage RTT pathways and administrative teams to ensure a high-quality, efficient administrative service.
  • Line management responsibility alongside another Respiratory Deputy Service Manager for the administration team.
