Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Deputy Service Manager to lead a dedicated team and support the Registered Manager in daily service operations within a care setting. You will help create person-centred plans and ensure high-quality care delivery.

You will review assessments, support recruitment, conduct appraisals, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings, while remaining hands-on and connected to the people we serve.

Qualifications

• Experience in care management or supervisory roles.
• Experience with acquired brain injury and autism.
• Experience with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours.
• Experience working with complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and behaviours of distress.

• Previous experience in a care management role
• A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
• Experience supporting people with acquired brain injury and autism
• Experience working with complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and behaviours of distress
• Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for supporting others
