You will report to the Locality Manager, drive cost-effective and innovative practices, and ensure regulatory compliance. A full driving license and enhanced DBS are required, with NVQ Level 4 or willingness to undertake.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in health, social services or independent sector.
• Experience of people, financials and budget management.
• Knowledge of legislation and standards affecting service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Travel between services and attend organisational events as required.
