Real Life Options in Teesside and Redcar is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead frontline teams across Supported Living, Outreach and Domiciliary Care. You will manage people, budgets and quality of service to help people achieve their outcomes.

You will report to the Registered Locality Manager, ensure regulatory compliance, drive cost-effective, person-centred support, and be prepared to travel between services with a full driving license. An enhanced DBS is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 or willingness to undertake.
• Enhanced DBS required.
• Full driving license essential.

• Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance across services.
