Welland House Nursing Home is looking for a DEPUTY MANAGER to join their friendly and committed teams who share our company values and are commitment to our residents.
Salary: £22.50 per hour
As a DEPUTY MANAGER (REGISTERED NURSE), some of your daily duties will be to supervise Care Assistants, administer medication, complete clinical assessments, update care plans (Online Person Centred System PCS), carry out all clinical tasks, ordering medication, DOLS referrals, CHC checklist, appraisal and supervision of staff ensuring all company policies are adhered to.
We will support you in every step of your duties by providing ongoing training and career development.
We ask that you have a valid UK NMC Pin Number, have the desire to care, can show empathy towards our elderly residents and want to progress your career within this rewarding field.
