Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager (Clinical RN/RMN) for a nursing home in Southgate. You will work 40 hours per week across day shifts, collaborating with the Home Manager and senior team to uphold clinical standards and lead the nursing team.

The role requires full NMC registration as RN or RMN, senior-level nursing home experience, and expertise in governance, safeguarding and risk management. Benefits include a £2,000 welcome bonus, on-site parking and more.

A well-established care provider is seeking a Deputy Manager (Clinical RN/RMN) to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Working closely with the Home Manager and senior team, you’ll help lead, maintain clinical standards and support the day-to-day management of the home.

You’ll oversee areas including clinical governance, audits, safeguarding and risk management, while supporting and developing the nursing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, compassionate nurse who enjoys leading others and making a genuine difference to residents’ lives.

Person specification:

• Full, clean registration with the NMC as a Registered Adult or Mental Health Nurse (RN/RMN)
• Experience working at senior level, ideally within a nursing home
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, safeguarding and risk management
