Young's is seeking an enthusiastic Deputy Manager for a welcoming community pub. You will work closely with the General Manager to run daily operations, lead the front-of-house team and ensure outstanding service in a busy, friendly environment.

You will motivate staff, uphold high standards of food, drink and cleanliness, and help grow sales and community engagement while working evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Deputy Manager or in a senior hospitality role.
• Passion for hospitality, food and drink.
• Ability to lead from the front and manage front-of-house.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong cost control and rostering awareness.

• Support the General Manager in the overall running of the business.
• Lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain high standards of food, drink, cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with staff rotas, training and recruitment.
• Monitor stock, ordering, wastage and costs.

• Build relationships with regular customers and the local community.
