Young's Pubs in Isleworth is seeking a hands-on Deputy Manager to help lead a busy community pub. You will work closely with the General Manager to provide outstanding service, manage staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will motivate front-of-house teams, uphold food and drink standards, and drive sales while controlling costs. This role suits someone who cares about the guest experience and thrives in a lively, friendly environment.

Qualificações

• Previous deputy/assistant manager or senior management experience in pub/hospitality.
• Passion for hospitality, food and drink.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on leader with the ability to lead from the front.
• Organised with good problem-solving and cost-control awareness.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Support the General Manager in the overall running of the business.
• Lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain high standards of food, drink, cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with staff rotas, training and recruitment.
• Monitor stock, ordering, wastage and costs.
• Ensure all health and safety, licensing and food hygiene standards are maintained.
• Help drive sales, profitability and new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with regular customers and the local community.
