Qualifications

• Previous deputy/assistant manager or senior management experience in pub/hospitality.
• Passion for hospitality, food and drink.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on leader with the ability to lead from the front.
• Organised with good problem-solving and cost-control awareness.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
