Job summary

Caring Homes Group Ltd seeks a Deputy Manager for Horsell Lodge, Woking. This full-time, permanent role requires an RMN with an active NMC PIN. Salary of £54,000 per year plus benefits. On-call rota every other weekend is included.

You will assist the Home Manager, lead the clinical team, develop personalised care plans and ensure regulatory compliance, delivering high-quality resident-centered care in a supportive, family-like environment at Horsell Lodge.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid, active NMC PIN.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home.
• Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, meeting regulatory and company standards.
• Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain and improve care standards.
• Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals in the absence of the Home Manager.

• 70 Bedded Nursing, Dementia And Residential Care Home
• Full-time, permanent contract - 40 hours per week
• Participation in an on-call rota every other weekend

• This is a supernumerary management position, however clinical duties may be required in line with the operational needs of the business
