PSR Solutions are partnering with a reputable care provider to appoint a Deputy Nursing Home Manager in Ipswich. The role supports the Home Manager in delivering clinical care and operational leadership within an established residential home.

We are seeking a registered nurse with proven leadership experience in a care home environment, ready to advance into a clinical management position. The role offers a supportive team, ongoing training, and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse (NMC) with current PIN
• Experience in clinical leadership roles in care homes
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding
• Ability to mentor and develop staff

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a care team to deliver high-quality care
• Drive CQC standards and safeguarding best practices
• Carry out pre-admission assessments and maintain care plans

Salary: £50,000 per Annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating a dedicated care team
• Driving the highest CQC standards and safeguarding best practices
• Carrying out pre-admission assessments and keeping care plans flawless
• Building trusted relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and your team
• Creating a home where residents feel respected, cared for, and truly valued

Skills & Qualifications:

• NMC Registered Nurse - RGN / RMN / RNLD - essential
• Previous experience as a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or similar senior role in a care home setting
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, best clinical practices, safeguarding
• Confident leadership and mentoring abilities
