Job summary

Sanctuary Care in Exmouth is seeking a Care Team Leader to oversee a team at Fernihurst, Exmouth (Douglas Avenue). The role focuses on delivering personalised care, supporting residents and colleagues, and enriching daily life in a supportive home environment.

The position offers 44 hours per week at £15.34 per hour, with sector-leading training and development opportunities in a not-for-profit setting committed to staff wellbeing and career progression.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent required or desirable.

Your role

Your skills

• Experience in care (NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
