Job summary

Barnt Green Inn is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run day-to-day operations, lead the team and ensure excellent guest service. You’ll train staff, maintain high cleanliness and safety standards, and foster a welcoming environment for guests.

The role sits within Premium Country Pubs and offers opportunities to be part of a larger brand with a focus on quality food and service. Competitive salary and staff benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pub environment.
• Ability to supervise shifts and maintain service standards.
