Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at Barnt Green Inn. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, mentor your team, and drive guest satisfaction with passionate leadership. Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and guiding staff in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver excellent food, drink, and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow guests and drive return visits.
