Job summary

Barnt Green Inn, part of Premium Country Pubs, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, stepping in as Duty Manager when needed, and driving guest satisfaction.

You will develop your team through coaching, lead by example, and deliver memorable moments that make guests return, with a competitive salary and strong pension, holiday, and retail discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have management experience to support the General Manager.
• Strong communication skills to train and inspire the team.
