Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, operating Browns - Southgate, is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and to lead a team in delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.

You will train and motivate staff, model best practices, and drive performance toward targets while upholding brand standards and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver high service and quality food and drinks.
• Act as role model and guide development within the team.
• Ensure guests are cared for and feel welcomed on every visit.
• Aim to achieve business targets and maintain brand standards.
