Sgscare are seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a children’s home in Ormesby. You will deliver trauma-informed care to YPs with EBD, LD, Mental Health and Substance Misuse, supported by a stable team. The role includes on-call duties, progression to Registered Manager, CPD, and possible future expansion across Middlesbrough/NE.

Number of Sleeps Required: Not required, however on call duties will be required.
Service: Children’s Home, Multi Bed
Service Users: YPs with EBD, Mild LD, Mental Health, and Substance Misuse
Home: 2-bed provision.
