Job summary

A well-respected children's residential provider is seeking a Deputy Manager in Liverpool. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £35,000 per annum. The role involves supporting the Registered Manager in daily leadership and operations, ensuring high-quality therapeutic care for young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Residential Childcare and relevant qualifications in children and young people. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Residential Childcare with at least 1 year in supervisory role.

Location: Huyton, Liverpool
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (occasional shifts if required)
Number of Sleeps Required: None routinely expected
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs aged 10–18 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Learning Disabilities (LD)
Qualifications Required: NVQ/Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People (essential); Level 5 Diploma or management qualification (desirable)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 3 years in Residential Childcare, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
