Lovely Pubs’ Baraset Barn in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead daily operations, inspire the team and deliver memorable service. You will manage shifts, guest experiences, and collaborate with the kitchen to maintain high standards.

You will mentor staff, oversee training, control stock, and drive financial performance while upholding our family-friendly culture across our pubs. This role offers growth and comprehensive benefits.
