Fuller’s The Lock, Stock & Barrel in Newbury is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead daily operations, motivate the team and deliver the welcoming, high-standard service guests expect at our riverside pub.

You will take ownership of performance, make confident decisions and drive continuous improvement while developing under our industry-leading training program, within a friendly family culture and strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a hospitality team in a pub or hotel.
• Proven leadership and customer service excellence.
• Willingness to learn and develop under industry-leading training.
