Job summary

The Lamb & Flag in Covent Garden is seeking a Deputy Manager who can motivate and support the team while creating a memorable atmosphere for customers. You will share responsibility for delivering excellent service, managing shifts and ensuring smooth daily operations in a busy pub environment.

You will lead by example, make strong decisions, and embrace continuous learning to grow with Fuller’s family. A passion for fresh food, good wine, and engaging service will help you build a welcoming
