Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for therapeutic care? Our client is seeking a Deputy Manager for their Therapeutic Children's Residential Home in Newcastle Under Lyme. • £16 per hour, with additional £70 per sleep-in allowances

The Role:

As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the well-being and care of children in a purpose-built therapeutic home.

• Oversee daily operations and maintain high care standards
• Deliver therapeutic support and guidance to children with EBD needs
• Lead shifts, supervise staff, and manage placement plans
• Support the Registered Manager with inspections and audits
• Ensure thorough staff induction and ongoing training

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for the Deputy Manager position will have:

• 3-5 years of experience in Residential Children's Care
• Understanding of therapeutic care and trauma-informed approaches
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
• Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management or willingness to obtain
