Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting at Greenhouse, part of Premium Country Pubs. As Assistant Manager you’ll support the General Manager, lead your team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a premium setting.

You’ll mentor staff, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive standards across service, food and drink. We offer a mobile-friendly application process, pension, 28 days holiday, and exclusive staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to train and motivate teams to deliver food and service.
• Strong communication and guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Act as Duty Manager when General Manager is unavailable.
• Lead the team to create memorable moments for guests.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…
