Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver food, drinks and service to a high standard.
• Act as role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to WOW guests and encourage repeat visits.
