Fraser Hart in Colchester is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and driving exceptional results.

You will develop people, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and maintain the highest standards across store operations. Experience in luxury or premium retail and a passion for performance improvement are essential. This role offers exposure to luxury diamonds, jewellery, and renowned watch brands.

• Support the effective day to day management and operation of the store.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager
