Arch Resourcing Ltd is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, to lead a residential home for children with emotional and behavioural needs. You will support the team to deliver high-quality care in line with Ofsted standards and the organisation's values.

The role requires previous Team Leader or Deputy Manager experience and a minimum Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent.

• Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare/Or equivalent (Essential).
• Previous experience at Team Leader or Deputy Manager level (Essential).
• Must have supported children within an Ofsted regulated residential setting (Essential).

Salary: Up to 40,000 per annum

Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex

Our client already holds a huge presence in the children's residential sector and is looking for an experiened Registered Manager to join them supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs and establish their newest home.
