Arch Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a residential children’s home in Romford, East London. You will lead staff, promote independence for service users and coordinate activities inside and outside the community.

The role offers a salary up to £45,000 per annum, a range of benefits including pension, DBS checks, education grants, training academies and 28 days holidays, with clear progression toward management roles for the right candidate.

Formación

• Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or Children & Young People (Essential)
• Previous experience at Team Leader/Deputy Manager level within Children’s Residential Home (Essential)
• Must have supported children within an Ofsted regulated residential setting (Essential)
