Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Deputy Manager at the Swan Inn within Premium Country Pubs. You will support the General Manager to run the site, inspire the team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a premium setting.

You will lead front-line teams, develop talent, and uphold brand standards while working to achieve business targets. The role offers pension, generous holiday, shopping discounts, and share options.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong guest-service orientation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in day-to-day operations.
