Swan Inn, part of Mitchells & Butlers' Premium Country Pubs, is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, inspire the team, and deliver memorable guest experiences.

You'll lead by example, train your team to deliver great food, drink and service, and drive guest satisfaction while working toward business targets.

Job description

As Deputy Manager at the Swan Inn, you’ll support the General Manager to lead a successful site.
